Regional Coach- South East Region U16 Girls
Location: South East Region - Kent and Sussex
We are seeking applications for the position of Regional Coach to the South East Region Under 16 Girls Squad. Each Regional Squad will comprise players chosen at Assessment Days and will generally be for players under 16 years of age. The South Region consists of Kent and Sussex.
The positions will be based on 20 days coaching with attendance at the England Golf coach education days and any relevant team meetings, induction and tournament attendance.
The focus of the role will be to develop sound basics, technical competency, performance skills and an excellent short game in all players.
Requirements of the applicant:
· PGA qualified;
· Experience of developing elite golfers;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Sound management skills;
· Enthusiastic, personable and competitive.
This post has been identified as involving access to vulnerable adults and/or children and in line with England Golf policy successful applicants will be required to undertake a Disclosure & Barring Service Disclosure Check and must also have attended a Safeguarding and Protecting Children course (SPC) or be willing to undertake one.

It is envisaged a successful candidate will be identified by the end of August, allowing for a handover period, before the role commences with the selection weekend planned in September.
