- £25,000 per annum, depending on experience (£15,000 for 21hrs per week)
England Athletics is the membership and development body for the sport in England. England Athletics is a membership organisation with c1,750-member clubs/bodies and c160,000 registered athletes, which exists to provide services and support to its members and to promote and deliver athletics and running activities across all ages, event disciplines, ability levels and aspirations. There are also more than 7m who run each month in England, 2,200 licensed road races and 170,000 active RunTogether participants operating in more than 3,000 registered running groups.

A vacancy has arisen for a Part-Time HR Officer to support the HR & People Development Manager in providing a high-quality, cost-effective HR service, to work flexibly and collaboratively with other colleagues, proactively identifying areas for service improvement within the HR function.
The postholder will support the development of the L & D strategy, training needs analysis, develop and maintain accurate training records as well as supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR Admin.
We are looking for an individual previous experience working in HR, recruitment, good understanding of L &D, solid admin experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
