In the Product and Programme Team at the LTA, we live and breathe growing tennis and getting more people whatever their background/age or situation picking up rackets. This role will be varied and interesting and you’ll be supporting, developing, and working on all our programmes including LTA Youth (encouraging more children to play tennis) as well as our programmes such as Cardio Tennis and Tennis at Home, and you’ll be involved in new programmes from start to finish.
You’ll also have exposure to the product side of our work, where we look for new and exciting concepts and innovative tennis products and technology that we can use to attract more people to tennis.
We are a small and collaborative team, which means that you’ll get the chance to work autonomously and lead on projects yourself, directly contributing to our mission of growing tennis and making it accessible to everyone, and for the successful candidate it is a chance to take ownership of interesting and varied projects and proactively make things happen.
The role is based at our offices at The National Tennis Centre in Roehampton, and you’ll be working with colleagues who have a shared vision.
You’ll be someone who likes to get things done and who is happy prioritising and juggling a range of different projects at any one time. A knowledge of using software, digital platforms and databases (such as Salesforce) would be hugely advantageous, and you’ll have strong customer services skills, a solid admin background, and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and colleagues across the business.
