England Athletics is the membership and development body for athletics and running in England. The Member Engagement Administrator role will provide high quality customer service and membership engagement- a pivotal function for the organisation to fulfil. They will provide administration and support for the following areas: Affiliation and Athlete Registration, Leader, Coach, Official and Teacher education/development courses, Tutor Liaison, Athletics Hub, Road Race Licensing, RunTogether and Funetics.
This role is varied but will provide administrative support to the sport by working closely with staff and volunteers as directed by the Membership Engagement Manager. The successful applicant will professionally and effectively handle timely and professional first line responses to in-bound telephone calls and emails, maintain accurate records, and provide a high quality of competition and event support.
We are looking for an individual with excellent administrative and customer service skills. Previous experience of working with a remote team would be advantageous.
