CRM and Technical Support Executive (Full Time/Part Time)
EMD UK is looking for a new team member to lead on all day-to-day CRM technical support and to support the development and delivery of digital projects.
The primary responsibility of the role will be supporting all organisation departments with the day-to-day use of our Customer Relationship Management System. This will include triaging issues, reporting to external technical support, configuration, data cleansing and reporting. The individual will also be involved in supporting the wider team in project development where digital and technical infrastructure is required.
Full training will be given on the use of CIVI CRM so prior experience with this product is not essential. The role will have access to CIVI CRM specialist technical support for diagnosing and fixing issues.
