Education & Training Coordinator
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

British Rowing is looking for an Education & Training Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for all education and training enquiries, alongside providing specific administrative support to the Head of Education & Training. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wants to assist with the challenge of streamlining the support administrational processes within our Education & Training team and work closely with our Performance Programme Support Team.
Responsibilities in this position will include:
• Being responsible for all aspects of the administration of the British Rowing Education and Training programme.
• Coordinating and liaising with the Events Manager, the Education and Training Team, and the Communications Team to ensure the effective planning and delivery of education and training conferences.
• Coordinating with the Head of Performance Programme Support to ensure effective delivery of Diploma in Sporting Excellence (DiSE) programme alongside the DiSE Manager.
• Being responsible for the tracking of coaches, athletes and all identified individuals through their learning journey and submitting reports as requested on performance of the programme.
• Liaising with educators, members of the Education and Training team, awarding bodies, and learners to ensure that courses are effectively run, and quality control metrics have been achieved.
