CRM & Engagement Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Location: London

This is unique opportunity to join the national governing body for higher education (HE) sport on the next step on its modernisation journey.

We are the national governing body for HE sport in the UK. Representing over 170 HE institutions, BUCS delivers activity in 50 sport and physical activity programmes to a student population of 100,000 each academic year.

BUCS will celebrate its Centenary in 2019 and is in the process of modernising its digital infrastructure and systems to take it forward into the next decade. For more information, see www.bucsbms.org.

Competition Management Platform is being piloted and will be rolled out across the organisation in September 2019. Modern financial systems with cloud-based workflow have been introduced recently. The next stage of the evolution is to implement a CRM and completely new CMS platforms, as part of a significant digital transformation. This role will be key to the success of these projects.

The successful candidate will drive the organisation, using innovation to enhance the customer experience, substantially expand the customer base and drive increased commercial revenue to facilitate the growth of HE sport, while ensuring that the BUCS digital ecosystem is seamlessly interconnected.

Working across the whole organisation, this is a fantastic opportunity to significantly shape and influence the direction of a national sporting organisation.
