Recruitment & Talent Coordinator

Salary: Circa £26,000 per annum

Location: National Tennis Centre, 100 Priory Lane, Roehampton, London SW15 5JQ

Job Summary

About the role:

The People Team ensures we have the right people, in the right roles, with the right skills to deliver the British Tennis Strategy. As a team, we provide leadership, expert advice and support to the organisation throughout the employment lifecycle, enabling people to perform in their roles.

The Recruitment & Talent Co-ordinator will help to ensure that new colleagues are recruited, on-boarded and trained as well as kept informed and engaged in their work. It will require a committed person with excellent communication skills and a passion for people. A tech and social media savvy nature would be an advantage as would the ability to keep various plates spinning and priorities on track.

There is plenty of scope to learn, be creative and contribute to new initiatives within a great team. It’s a fast-paced, complex and diverse environment so agility, flexibility and an eye for detail are critical to success.

About you:

You’ll have demonstrable experience working in the field of recruitment, either gained in-house or an agency environment, and bring with you experience of reviewing and introducing new administrative processes, and utilising and maintaining recruitment/HR systems. You will have a creative flair and bring innovative approaches in order to improve processes and assist in the development of an engaging employer brand and cutting edge recruitment system. A track record of providing a first class administrative and coordination service to a broad range of stakeholders is also essential.

Our Location:

You will be based at the vibrant National Tennis Centre in leafy Roehampton.  If the sound of a game of tennis or a lunch time run (or stroll) in Richmond Park appeals then this could be all you need to energise and refocus to enable you to give your best to the team.

Our Culture:

We offer a competitive benefits package and a positive culture underpinned by our values (Passion, Teamwork, Excellence, and Integrity). We are passionate about our people and take individual needs seriously whether it is a request for flexible working or support with how best to make the most of working at the LTA.

We welcome applications from all backgrounds as we believe a diverse workforce is fundamental to achieving great things – our people make the difference.
