Academy Manager
Salary: £23,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)
Location: Flexible – based at EMD UK Head Office, Horsham, West Sussex
EMD UK is looking for a dedicated and driven professional to join our energetic instructor development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team in a training capacity in the fitness industry and as a group exercise instructor or participant coupled with excellent customer care and communication skills. Experience of achieving challenging sales targets and being solutions orientated is essential. Demonstrating exceptional ‘people’ skills, you will be a team player and ideally have a sound knowledge of the fitness industry and the needs of instructors.
