Membership Services Manager
Salary: £24,000-26,000 per annum dependent on experience
Location: Walsall
British Judo Association (‘BJA’) is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Services Manager to join our Team based at our new Head Office in Walsall. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality membership and customer focused services to ensure that membership acquisition, retention and engagement goals are achieved.
Key Focus
- Lead the Membership Services team to ensure they provide the highest quality of customer service, which is professional and approachable for clubs, members and the general public who need help, advice and information on any aspect of the Association’s activities or services.
Key Accountabilities
- Work with internal colleagues, members, clubs and associations to ensure that a high level of customer service is provided by the BJA.
- The post-holder is the BJA’s Customer Champion, ensuring that together with the Marketing and Membership Engagement Team, the BJA listens customer needs and ensure that the company responds in the most effective and relevant and personal way.
