Participation Officers x 2
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Location: West Midlands
We are seeking two committed, focused individuals to work as part of the participation team to drive and increase participation by working closely with the Federation’s Member Bodies. These roles will have a geographical focus (North or South of England) and will work to develop and support the Member Body network of staff and volunteers to realise opportunities to further participation in equestrian sport.
These roles will also have a specific Head Office function, one leading on Sport Development – with a need for experience in coaching, facilities, funding and volunteering and the other on Research and Knowledge - with a need for experience in data analysis and reporting, project monitoring and evaluation and turning data into actionable insights.
Both roles require candidates with a customer-centred approach, excellent communication and relationship building skills. These are both full time positions based in Abbey Park near Kenilworth.
