Marketing & Communications Manager
Salary: £28,014 - £30,015 depending on qualifications and experience
Location: West Midlands
The main roles of this post are:
• To lead, develop and implement a comprehensive and insight led marketing and communications strategy to support the delivery of Energize strategy and operational plans.
• To support development of Energize priority audience profiles and associated marketing plans both engaging stakeholders and where appropriate specific customers
• To work with Senior Management Team and Trustees to develop a Sponsorship and Fundraising Strategy for the charity

We are in a challenging, but exciting period of transition and are recruiting for a new Manager who will be a key member of our Team leading on the delivery of marketing strategy, implementing our digital communications plans and helping us to develop a sponsorship and fundraising plan for the future.
We’re looking for someone to join our enthusiastic and high performing team with advanced marketing and communications qualifications and experience – someone who can both see the big picture and is prepared to roll their sleeves up and help us to deliver it.
Ability to use insight to make decisions will be critical and we are looking for someone who has both drive and determination and a desire to learn and influence change. Well-developed communication skills and an ability to work under pressure will also be essential.
