Salary: Circa £18,000 dependent on experience plus excellent benefits
Location: This role is based in our Leeds regional office
Job Summary
There has never been a more exciting time to be involved in British tennis with participation growing and our players performing at the highest level.
To help us deliver our mission of ‘ more people playing tennis more often’. we are looking to recruit a Regional Business Support role based within our North Region to work as part of the Regional Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our local network of venues, coaches, volunteers, players and fans to grow participation in our sport working with the local delivery team. The role is fundamental in developing and implementing the long term strategy for the region, providing direct customer service and administration support.
You will bring previous experience of working with different stakeholders and an ability to provide excellent customer service support focusing on helping venues and customers access the many LTA tennis products available to them, in particular helping them utilise our online website, court booking and membership software (Clubspark). Training will be provided.
Having launched our largest funding programme ‘Transforming British Tennis Together this year It’s a great time to join our team as we create and deliver a long term legacy for tennis in the North of England.
