Graphic Designer

Salary: Circa £23,000 – £28,000 depending on experience

Location: The position is based at England Golf Headquarters, The National Golf Centre, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, LN10 6PU.

Join us to help create a new image for golf and to grow the game.

This is an opportunity to challenge traditional perceptions and to push design boundaries to make a positive difference to the future of golf. 

We’re looking for some-one to take on an exciting new role in our expanding marketing and communications team based at Woodhall Spa. 

You’ll develop, lead and work on design projects, producing artwork for print and digital channels, providing creative input and delivering marketing, communications and promotional materials. You’ll develop graphic concepts and materials, photography and imagery. 

As the national governing body for amateur golf, we work at the heart of golf in England, supporting and empowering a thriving community of players, counties and clubs to get the most out of the game we love. 

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

· A degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Or, relevant completed studies in graphic design or digital design

· Knowledge and experience of email software tools and fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, keynote, MAC OSX, PowerPoint and Word.

· Experience covering branding, typography, advertising, illustration, infographics, logos, icons, signage, event graphics, print and digital collateral and communication assets

· Ability to translate ideas and concepts into vibrant executions

· Demonstrate creativity, imaginative and innovate skills with the ability to take creative direction

· An ability to articulate and present thoughts and creative ideas in a concise manner

·  Prior experience of web design and online design standards

A knowledge of the game of golf is not essential.
