Risk Management Strategy

Printer-friendly version

Before any organisation, however large or small, can effectively prepare and protect itself through minimising risks, it must undertake a comprehensive risk assessment exercise covering every aspect of its business. The guidelines in this section will help to provide an understanding of what the major risk areas are and how to go about undertaking the risk assessment exercise.

The templates, provided by London Prepared and Business Link should then equip you with the tools to work through the process. You may wish to add ‘Vulnerabilities and Fixes’ to your ‘Favourites’ menu – it is a useful website that highlights all the known IT system and programming issues that are happening at any one time and, where possible, it provides information on how to fix them.
