Cash Flow Forecasts

Cash is essential to keep organisations in business and, particularly in membership organisations, having the ability to forecast cash flow (the peaks and troughs of income and spending) is necessary when planning programmes for the year. This may be simply understanding when membership fees are due - or determining when the income from an event will be available and how this matches with timings for the payment of the event costs.
