Volunteer appraisals

Volunteer appraisals are conducted to:

  • assess how well the volunteer is performing
  • monitor whether the volunteer's motivation is being met
  • assess the support given to the volunteer.

A volunteer appraisal form can be completed individually by the volunteer and supervisor or together and discussed in a constructive way.
