Disciplinary Codes

If any of the participant in sport does not live up to the requirement or guidelines outlined in either the code of conduct or the code of ethics, the organisation will have to take up a disciplinary case on the individual. To make sure that every individual is threated the same and to protect the organisation against further legal action the disciplinary code will need to outline a procedure which should be followed in any of such cases.

Fairness will have to be ensured, and implementation of disciplinary codes will mean that no one is discriminated and people know what they can expect should they be in breach of any of the codes set up by the organisation.
