Codes of Conduct

A code of conduct governs not only the behavior of an organisation, but it also shapes the attitude and guides the behavior of different groups of individuals.

The purpose of such code of conducts is to create a sense of oneness among groups of people despite their individual differences. It creates a common vision to ethical behavior within such groups. Organisations and other groups could find it difficult to thrive without such conduct to specify what is and is not acceptable behavior. It will help people interact as all know how to and how not to interact.
