Leadership Convention: Building High Performance

The Sport and Recreation Alliance's 2011 Leadership Convention was held on 16th and 17th November at the Marriott Forest of Arden.

The theme of the 2011 Leadership Convention was 'Building High Performance' and the Convention brought together key leaders of the sector to look at:

Setting organisations’ direction for the next planning period
Building the performance of organisations and their networks to ensure maximum delivery
Enabling Chairs and CEOs to better understand and evaluate their performance and the performance of their Board
