We will improve access for our members to the UK’s woodland and forests

In 2012, we commit to working with the owners and managers of the UK’s woodland and forests to allow more access for sport and recreational activities.
One of the UK’s richest resources is its woods and forests. Yet for activities from rambling to rallying access to this recreational space can be patchy and difficult to attain.
- We will open a new dialogue with forest owners and managers
- Our aim will be to create reliable, respectful and sustainable access to our woodlands for all kinds of sport and recreation
- We will produce a code which will increase understanding between landowners, managers and users, and free up access to our forests.
