We will develop new ways to bring money into the sector

New Year's Resolutions

In 2012, we commit to creating and developing new ways to help our members’ finances.

The funding environment for sport and recreation is becoming increasingly tough. Costs are increasing, revenue is falling. Many clubs and governing and representative bodies are finding it increasingly difficult to make ends meet.

We resolve to find new ways of helping to secure our members’ finances. We will find new ways for sport and recreation organisations to make and save money.

  • We will work with our official Partners to identify innovative ways of raising and saving money.
  • In 2012, we will deliver and promote at least two new initiatives designed to help the sector’s finances.
