Sports Parliamentarian of the Year Awards

The Sport and Recreation Alliance’s Sports Parliamentarian of the Year Awards aims to highlight the good work that politicians have been doing for the sport and recreation sector.
The Alliance is all for recognising the time and effort our parliamentarians devote to their constituents and chosen causes – and these awards help our members highlight the hard work and support they have received from MP’s and peers during the year.
This year’s event will be held on Tuesday 4 December at the House of Commons. To find out more about the 11 nominees and the judging panel please visit the Sport and Recreation Alliance Sports Parliamentarian of the Year 2012 page.
Last year was the inaugural Sports Parliamentarian of the Year Awards – please follow the link to find out about the nominees, judges and the overall winner.
