Outdoor Pursuits

The members of the Sport and Recreation Alliance's Outdoor Pursuits division offer some of the most varied activities of all our groups. From mountaineering to model plane flying and from the Countryside Alliance to the Ramblers, this division accommodates a truly broad church. The division seeks to unite these organisations with the primary objective of ensuring that as many people as possible have the opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of outdoor pursuits.

Access to the countryside and rights of way legislation are two of the major policy areas concerning the division, as well as training, safety and leadership issues.
