  • Proposals include Early Morning Restriction Orders (EMROs) and late night levies

  • We will need good support for this proposal from consultation responses in order for this proposal to go through

You should answer questions 6, 8 and 14. You should agree that Local Authorities should be able to exempt CASCs but also recommend that not-for-profit sport and recreation clubs should also be included.
