Scottish health and sport committee
The Scottish Parliament's health and sport committee has launched an inquiry on the topic of community sport.
The inquiry will address three key themes:
- The contribution of people, and in particular volunteers, to sport at a local level.
- The benefit of local sport clubs to the health agenda and their communities more widely.
- The importance of the availability, affordability and quality of facilities.
Governing bodies and other sport organisations with a remit for Scotland.
The committee has set out a number of questions on its website.
Responses to these questions should be submitted by email in Microsoft Word format to the address listed below.
Hard copy responses will also be accepted.
