Women and Girls Football Development Officer

Salary: £23,000 – £27,000 (dependent on experience)

Contract: This is a full-time, fixed term role for 3 years

Location: Homebased

A very exciting opportunity has arisen within BUCS in partnership with The Football Association (The FA) to join the Football Development Team as we recruit for a new role within the team. The Women and Girls Football Development Officer will support BUCS and the FA in delivery of the Women’s High Performance Centres across the country as well supporting the development and enhancement of women’s and girls’ football participation within the HE Community Football Hubs and Women’s Football and Futsal clubs at universities.

BUCS is looking for an individual who will embody its values of Leadership, Innovative, Inclusive, Positive and Professional. We seek someone who is passionate about the women’s game, who has experience of working on projects and in collaboration, will show a flexible and outcome approach to their work and can work effectively in a team and individually. This role will be homebased, however from time to time will be required to be in the BUCS office (in London). This role will require an individual to travel across the country and deliver events and attend and contribute to meetings with occasional overnight stays.

This is a full-time, fixed term role for 3 years.
