The Women and Girls Football Development Officer will support BUCS and the FA in delivery of the Women’s High Performance Centres across the country as well supporting the development and enhancement of women’s and girls’ football participation within the HE Community Football Hubs and Women’s Football and Futsal clubs at universities.

BUCS is looking for an individual who will embody its values of Leadership, Innovative, Inclusive, Positive and Professional. We seek someone who is passionate about the women’s game, who has experience of working on projects and in collaboration, will show a flexible and outcome approach to their work and can work effectively in a team and individually. This role will be homebased, however from time to time will be required to be in the BUCS office (in London).
