Head of Strategic Projects
Salary: Up to circa £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Location: National Tennis Centre, 100 Priory Lane, Roehampton, London SW15 5JQ
Job Summary
The Lawn Tennis Association is the National Governing Body for tennis and is responsible for developing and promoting British Tennis with a mission to get more people playing tennis more often. Our focus is to develop participation growth and to sustain the sport. We also invest in performance tennis and deliver world class major events.
We’re looking for a Head of Strategic Projects who can lead our project management team and processes forward, to support in the delivery of key strategic and cross-functional projects. This is an exciting time and opportunity for an experienced individual to join as a senior leader in the LTA and play an important role in supporting our mission, to get more people playing tennis more often.
The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering challenging strategic projects while also managing a portfolio of projects from across the business at a senior level. Your role will be to inspire, mentor and lead the project management team and ensuring that all Project Managers are delivering projects on time and on budget whilst leading the way in shaping and improving our project management methodology.
