Participation and Club Support Administrator
Salary: £15,000 - £18,000 per annum
Location: England Golf Headquarters, The National Golf Centre, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, LN10 6PU and will be required to attend meetings.
We are the National Governing Body for Amateur Golf in England and responsible for developing and promoting the amateur game of golf in England.
An opportunity has arisen to join the Participation and Club Support team who support clubs in all aspects of golf facility management and best practice, through the knowledge and experience within the department. We look to provide initiatives to increase the number of players in club membership and support Golf Clubs on areas relating to development, operations and marketing.
The role of Administrator is very broad including the administration of Participation & Club Support initiatives as well as providing support to golf clubs and counties.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Competence in the use of IT tools including spreadsheets, email and word processing
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good organisational skills
• Motivation and a desire to learn
A knowledge of the game of golf would be useful but not essential.
The post is full-time (Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm core hours).
