Salary: Circa £60,000- £70,000 dependent on experience
Location: The National Tennis Centre, Roehampton, SW15 5JQ

Critical to the future of our sport are more women and girls playing our game and we are looking for a motivated and experienced category leader to help us take female participation in tennis to the next level.
This is a pivotal role in our mission to get more people playing tennis more often and as a senior leader in the LTA and British Tennis, you will work collaboratively across the organisation to lead the recruitment, retention, measurement and growth of female participation throughout the country.
