Boccia School Link Officer
Contract: Until March 31st 2020
Salary: £18,000 - £25,000
Hours: Part time - two days a week
Boccia England is a charity and the national governing body for the sport of boccia in England. We have recently been awarded additional funding from the Mason Charitable Foundation to help deliver our School to club link project.
A key part of this is increase participation in boccia throughout secondary schools in England and to co-ordinate the implementation of Boccia Skills Award. We are now looking for someone with the right skills and enthusiasm to join our development team and take on this area of work. You will be based at our head office in Nottingham but the role involves travel throughout England.
The role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing sport. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of disability sport and experience of working in the sports sector in particular with schools and volunteers.
