Job Description

You are a solid administrator with good customer service skills. Now you are now looking for a career move that will make the most of your skills and develop your talents further. Here it is as Project Support Assistant for the Youth Sport Trust. At the Youth Sport Trust, we aim to change young people’s lives through sport by inspiring and engaging all young people in physical activity – whatever their age or ability. We now need you to provide support to member schools and other key networks.

As Project Support Assistant you will provide effective customer service assistance to your nominated regions. This will involve handling queries, updating records and maintaining systems as well as overseeing stakeholder communications. Working with colleagues you will establish customer expectations and plan the delivery of membership and regional targets, in addition to managing communications to schools and other key partners. You could find yourself resolving problems and improving systems or organising logistics for events and training in this varied role. The ability to work accurately and follow processes will be essential too.

An experienced administrator used to working in a customer focused, deadline driven environment, you know how to juggle multiple projects, update databases, use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and coordinate work with external partners. This experience has given you the ability to work as part of a team, respond quickly to changing priorities, communicate effectively both face-to-face and in writing and produce accurate work to tight timescales.

If you are excited by the prospect of supporting millions of young people across the country to take part in more competitive school sport we would like to hear from you. To apply please select "Apply for this job" on our jobs page (link below) and complete an online application.
