Are you looking to develop a career in grassroots sports communications? England Athletics have an exciting opportunity opening for a two-month fixed term Internship with Team Personal Best.
This role is an opportunity for someone to join England Athletics on an exciting adventure to maximise the impact of major events on the grassroots of Athletics and Running this summer.
About the Project
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to be involved in athletics and running, especially with London hosting the two biggest Championships this summer. The Inspiration Programme has 9 separate projects of grassroots activity unified by 1 public campaign, Team Personal Best. This campaign aims to get more people organising and sharing opportunities and more people interested and coming to those activities.
About the Role
As the Team Personal Best Communications Intern, you will assist the team in a number of areas essential to building an effective and engaged campaign. Your focus will be on ensuring more events and activities are shared on the website and helping us and partners celebrate those activities. You will also work closely with the wider Team Personal Best team and support in key areas linked to raising the profile of the 9 projects during the Summer of World Athletics to take place over July and August this year.
