Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Swim England is the national governing body for swimming, diving, water polo and synchronised swimming. Our vision is clear - to create a happier, healthier nation by actively helping everyone to enjoy being in the water.
As a Board member and key person in our Senior Leadership Team, the CFO reports to the CEO and is accountable for effectively planning, agreeing, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities.
This challenging and pivotal role includes direct responsibility for all accounting, financial forecasting, investor relationships, partnership compliance and private and institutional financing - as well as overall management of our IT and legal services teams.
An exceptionally qualified and experienced CFO / Finance Director you will also need to be a positive team player, clear thinker, excellent communicator and inspiring leader with a proven track record in helping ensure best practice corporate governance.
